Sep 2016 (Current job); worked with Niagara College KSA - NC KSA Alahsa,
Saudi Arabia as Facility Supervisor ( AL AHSA).Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Support the Facilities Department in technical issues/domain
 Coordinate administrative work (preventive maintenance records, daily
checklist record for the maintenance staff)
 Develop and maintain College inventory as per schedule
 Coordinate purchasing of maintenance materials
 Keep track record of supplies and cross check the contractors’ invoices
 Prepare facilities related reimbursements
 Monitor along with FM and Facilities Supervisor all outsourced contractors
services
 Check cafeteria services regularly for hygiene, quality of food and quick
service, cleanliness, etc.
 Understand and implement appropriate quality control procedures.
 Develop and train hourly craft workers.
 Communicate effectively with all team members.
