The project features +640 hotel rooms, +120 furnished apartments, and 4 restaurants, 2 health clubs with integrated swimming pools, business centers, multiple lounges, ballrooms, and celebration halls.
Role:
Supervision of FOH construction activities in the project. Which include:
- Review and modification of shop drawings,
- Addressing modifications desired by the client,
- Issuing NCN/SI/ON to contractor,
- Reporting work progress to project manager,
- Preparing architectural & interior details required for work execution,
- Review and selection of FF&E items to be in line with specifications,
- Inspection of ongoing and completed works.
