▪ Responsible for new account openings, cross-selling of all bank products
▪ Achieve goals established by manager through direct selling and referral of deposit, finance and investment products and services
▪ Maintains client profile on new and existing customer in-order to cross-sell and refer other bank products and services to appropriate banking personnel
▪ Address customer issues and complaints to achieve to satisfactory resolutions, referring issues beyond limit to appropriate point of reference
▪ Approve and recommend, to set levels, customer application of products/services to meet their needs
▪ Apply and comply with relevant processes, procedures and controls to meet unit’s need while providing efficient customer service.
▪ Maintains strict control of confidential documents/secure negotiable items to prevent loss or misuse
▪ Presents and offer wide range of products and services to priority customers with understanding of their specific financial needs
▪ Provides quality and fast responses to customers in person, telephone or email
▪ Deal with inquiries, complaints and suggesting solutions to customers efficiently and effectively
▪ Ensures all business transactions are in compliance with operational, technical and regulatory requirements
▪ Perform banking services for customers including processing transactions accurately and efficiently to build relationship, customer confidence and trust.
▪ Maintains a professional, confidential and courteous manner while representing the bank
▪ Conducted session for the following courses: Web application, Visual Basic 6, C++, Html, Front Page, ICDL
