JOB FUNCTION:
Developing policies and objectives in the department. Plan, organize, and direct all activities and services for Personnel and financial affairs. Plan administrative communications, public services and supply of the year.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate with the various departments and programs to joint plans and solve problems.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual financial budget for the school in coordination with the various different departments and discuss it with the board of directors.
• The implementation of all financial and administrative decisions issued by the director of administration in the limits of the powers.
• Report on the activities of administrative affairs.
• Oversee the development of a program of quality.
• Perform any other administrative tasks assigned to it within its competence.
• Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
• Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
• Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.
• Arrange and participate in meetings and project team activities.
