Development of the marketing strategic plan of the educational programs with a complete study of the operating environment of the Institute by the method of the four factors (SWOT). Develop a plan of the public Relation (PR) of the Institute, commensurate with the nature of the work of the Institute. Put the full plan, document and the establishment of the Information Bureau of the Institute. Writing and editing all the Institute's news, and the preparation of creative media ideas of the Institute. Participate in the preparation of advertising and fixed and mobile road signs . Performing and contributing in the all marketing activities from A to Z. Writing and translation of contracts and quotations to clients. Finding a new way to attract students of the Institute. In addition to the many achievements and tasks related to translation and business development of the Institute

Duties include : transfer in transfer out the stocks, doing the paper work that relates to daily and monthly target, dividing the target among the days and the weeks, recording the full transferring process in the relevant note book, tiding up the stock room, ordering the needed shoes line and sizes, put the shoes in the right order, and delivering a high level of customer service to increase the sales and to let the customer who are VIP happy to buy their shoes from our store .
Duties include : recruiting and selecting Engineers, and all the needed workforce for the company projects.
