 Develop and submit regular project status reports for each bank, highlighting the project rag status, activities progress, timelines of milestones, risks and issues for our cash management business partners and senior management.
 Manage communications with all participating vendors in the project, including Point of Sale Vendors, Central Settlement and Risk vendor and Central Platform Vendor to successfully deliver the project as per the agreed scope, within the agreed timelines and cost.
 Participate in setting up project management office procedures and projects workflow to ensure the organization follows a standard unified process.
 Implement the Microsoft Project Online Server as the project management tool in the organization.
 Develop banks onboarding and engagement process to standardize project rollout for each bank.
 Develop digital wallet operations service request and dispute management process maps as part of ISO project.
 Effectively monitor and control service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are followed.
 Manage project related activities, resources, equipment, information & communications.
 Work closely with third party vendors, customers and internal stakeholders (mainly Banks’ Cash management teams, Operations & IT) to monitor, manage and ensure continuous improvement of Service Delivery and best practice.
