• Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support.
• Analyzing costs and sales.
• Preparing reports for head office.
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
• Helping in the design of custom-made products.
• Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
• Customer interface for pre-sales activities.
• Making initial RF design for microwave links and calculating link budget .
• Contacting vendors and suppliers.
• Installing and commissioning for WiMAX Base Stations (Alvarion) and MW links (Dragonwave).
• Configuration for WiMAX Mobile Stations (indoor, outdoor CPE’s and dangle) - Alvarion
• Managing all resources in the project to match project plan.
• Working as a site engineer and applying recommended standards from vendors .
• Working on billing system (Alepo ) in WiMAX core network.
• Preparing technical reports like SSR and LOS reports.
• Preparing technical proposals, invoices and Quotations for different projects and products.
• Supervising on civil telecom works.
• Level 1, level 2 and onsite technical support.
