Outline: Tre3 crawled hundreds of Shopify stores and create their own stores with products automatically and provide the customers an opportunity to shop with easy steps and discounts and Robot perform the orders on the real stores as a customer.
Responsibilities:
•Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering and sales team to identify and deliver solutions.
•Daily scrum, sprint planning and sprint, project retrospective, product enhancements, product configurations and client demonstrations.
•Create and manage user stories backlog, acting as a key product owner for agile development team.

•Responsible for all aspects of software project management discipline.

Product:
Fintech: Lendova Mortgage product (Loan Doc management, Lendova.com, Back Office to request and process the property doc)
Environment: Microservices architecture, Dot Net Core, React, SignalR. SQL, MongoDB and deployed on MS Azure.
Outline: It’s a web and mobile (IOS & Android) based product which is a complete online mortgage solution where borrowers can buy properties and manage their loan documents. The loan officer requests, accepts and reject financials documents as per the application and notification is being send to borrower. This is integrated with third-party BytePro and Encompass to manage the compliance related stuff.
Responsibilities:
• Directly communicate with client to brainstorm and define project requirements and sprint scope.
• Managing the Development Team, marketing team with various projects both mobile and web applications.
• Architect applications and provide the expert solution to all the stakeholders.
• Gathering Requirements, Project Planning and Estimation along with the resource allocation.
• Communicate with the Global Clients and provide support.
• Ensuring the projects implementation scope, cost, and timing are met with the client's requirements & expectations.
• Create and develop detailed product roadmaps using Agile methodologies.
Project:
Mortgage Loan Application
Environment: Dot Net Core, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL, jQuery
Outline: This is a web base and mobile (responsiveness) application. It is extensive and contains information about the property being considered for purchase, the borrower’s financial situation and employment history, and more. Borrower comes to the site and fill out questions style format application. Lenders use the information in a mortgage application and rule engine check the eligibility to approve the loan. This is integrated with third-party BytePro and Encompass to manage the compliance related stuff.
Responsibilities:
• I Managed a skilled technical team of 5-8 developers working on the backend, mobile and web App.
• I did R&D, Develop, refine and tune third party vendor integrations.
• Identifying defect-prone areas in product architecture and design.
• Provided support by analyzing and researching problems, performing technical evaluations, assisting fellow team members with technical problems, and performing ad hoc requests when necessary.
• Researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining high quality software systems using .NET technologies.
• Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop flowcharts, layouts, and technical specification to identify requirements and solutions.

Outline: ahclending is a lead generating application which offers best mortgage rate to USA borrower as per his financial profile and desire property with multiple products which is directly integrated with Rainmaker. Rainmaker is a POS and back office web application which work on lead to convert in a mortgage application with third party integrations support.
Responsibilities:
• I am from the pioneer of Rainsoft Financials who started these projects development, data base and architecture from the scratch.
• I was responsible for debugging and resolving application issues with best practices.
• Integration of web applications with other systems.
• Developed and consumed XML/JSON-based RESTful Web Services and APIs.
• I worked collaboratively and independently taking ownership of the assignments with minimal supervision.
• Helping junior developers with technical code problems, review code, mentor and guide them for best practices and make sure quality is being maintained.

Virtual Sales Management (VSM)

Outline: This is a Virtual Sales Management (VSM) project, which is a wireless retail sales training tool. It is designed for wireless industry. VSM provides sales training and activities (including training, goals, score and quizzes) for staff to improve their sales. Manager and district manager manage their resources, admin team manage company sales, profit and resources. VSM integrate with existing POS database and manage things on behalf of their data.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, websites, and databases for performance and high availability.
• Closely worked with project manager and complete tasks with quality code on time.
• I Involved in development of complex tasks using C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Troubleshoot/test platform speed/performance and CDN implementation for strong optimization.
Project: Buyagift
Environment: ASP Net, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL, jQuery
Outline: This application is a UK’s leading online gift experience (Buyagift) retailer for experiences. It is a tangible product and service management. It has various types of functionality like account management, return facility and social tolls integration. It has millions of customers. Buyagift is operating in UK, France, Italy and Paris.
Responsibilities:
• I had a chance to utilize some of the latest technologies here like MVC and jQuery with my own R&D and satisfied to project manager with examples and solid documentation to use these technologies in the project.
• I created our own jQuery base tool to monitor user interaction and customer base product priority so that we can offer the product he likes and maintain users like in the database which was used for marketing team.
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site which were in different languages.
• Breaking down program specification into its simplest element and translating this logic into a programming language.

Infinishops / Corporation Tax Return

Outline: In this organization I started working as a developer and later promoted to Sr. Software Engineer. I build, maintained and upgraded different projects like Infinishops which is an E-commerce solution for product and service management, receiving payments with their own secure credit card integration process. Corporation Tax Return project is standard e-filling system for UK.
Responsibilities:
• Work with senior members of the organization to develop a logically decoupled, extensible modules.
• I build some backend demons to place customer’s orders on payment center with their own secure credit card integration process.
• I was responsible for Debugging and resolving application issues using C# and XML.
• Developing and consuming XML based Web Services in the project.
• I had a main role to build a UK tax return application which was fully customized able using xml and C#.

Outline: I started my career as a junior developer and first project to work on was a USA Traffic Law project integrated with www.sullolaw.com, which contains court, laws and violation info which provide customers violation application process.
