Key Responsibilities:
• Source new clients, talk with them and discuss ideas to get a clear understanding of their
requirements.
• Develop website contents using HTML, CSS, PHP, JAVA, and ASP.Net etc.
• Manage the image and copyrights of the company on the internet.
• Decide on the design aspects of the website, including the use of graphics, links and forms.
• Ensure text and graphic elements together as a cohesive, eye-catching work.
• Develop custom programs to extend the functionality of websites.
• Talk with writers, designers, system administrators and other IT staff to ensure that website is
fulfills its purpose.
• Maintain or update the website once it is completed by adding new contents, illustrations or
features.
• Coordinate with other peoples, such as designers and writers, to help maintain the website.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meeting with Managing Director / Accounts Managers to discuss the business objective and
requirements of the job.
• Interpreting the MD’s business needs and developing a concept to suit his purpose.
• Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for the company.
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to MD or accounts managers.
• Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design
(CAD).
• Proof reading to produce accurate and high quality work.
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches.
• Working on layouts and prepare art work papers ready for print.
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such
as In Design, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver and Flash.
• Developing interactive design.
• Commissioning illustrators design.
• Working as part of a team with printers, copy-writers, stylish, illustrators, other designer’s in
team, executives, web developers and marketing specialists.

• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangements, size,
type, style and related aesthetic concepts.
• Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
• Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements,
following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting, malfunctions calling for repairs
maintain equipment inventories evaluating new equipment.
• Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional
publications, participating in the professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
