Building and designing the IT infrastructure for the newly developed digital bank; a joint venture with Qatar National Bank Group
Managing the bank's primary and disaster recovery sites, by developing/implementing data center policies and procedures, site preparation, space management, and providing efficient ICT/ELV to ensure a safe operation
Plan and executed a project revamp for the bank's primary Data Center infrastructure, virtualization capacity planning, planned/managed virtualization migration, led the implementation of a newly built infrastructure test environment, also managed the scheduled hardware-related activities
Dual role as managing IT infrastructure projects and Data Center environment, improving IT’s infrastructure, providing best options, and recommending the most suitable products
