 Project Manager for Starbucks, involved in all stakeholder meetings, requirements gathering, proposals, budgeting, resource consideration and scoping 6 phases of the Web Project - www.sbxhub.com (budget of over £500k)
 Business Analyst focused on scoping an 18 month long Project involving development of Magento based e-Commerce system across various EMEA Regions. Initial focus on UK, followed by NL, CH, AT, DE, FR and the Nordics.
 Worked on gathering all business requirements, creating all the functional requirements and lower level deliverables for the Project. Including Business Process Modelling, creating Use Cases and Test Cases and all other Project documentation.
 Managed a Software Development team of 4/6, setting targets, key milestones and delivering system modules.
 The website once finished, will have in excess of 2500 users being able to order all of their digital print material. Users can login, amend their items, pay for their order and these orders are sent straight to external Printers and Warehouses whom are also fully integrated with our e-Commerce platform.
 Based on site with the Client, managing all meetings with stakeholders, scoping their requirements, budgeting costs, running the development and testing teams and training the operational team.
 Worked in an Agile environment with daily Scrum sessions allowing for speedy collaboration and robust development, this was key for the Project as there were multiple work streams being worked on simultaneously.
 Organised Sprint sessions with all team members to allow our remote developers to coordinate and collaborate with the team and allow development issues to be resolved more efficiently with weekly and bi-weekly targets.
 Wrote all support documentation including feasibility study (business case), requirements analysis, PID, functional specification, user guide, troubleshooting guide, CSI (future proofing and considerations).
 Asked to review requirements and work with the Project teams for KPMG, Britvic, 3M, Investec and HTC.

 Major Projects worked on include Windows Server 2003/08 Upgrades, Database Upgrades primarily SQL Server 2005/08, but also Sybase and UNIX Platforms. Also various Application upgrades including TRAM (FX and MM Trades), MacroBond, BB Toms, Updata, Factset, OPF, EBICS and C2P.
 The majority of Projects were run in an AGILE manor, this was key for BTMU as the scope of work was constantly evolving during the Project and as such the team had to be fully responsive to this.
 There was a CAB in place at BTMU and for the smooth running of AGILE Projects I introduced a system whereby we held emergency (or 999) CAB meetings to seek management approval on key system changes affecting the Projects delivery in a speedy manner. This was a key development at BTMU where change was usually treated extremely cautiously, I was able to introduce a fast but controlled way of implementing such changes.
 Met regularly with Trading teams and back office teams to determine key system issues and identify long term fixes. Worked on numerous proposals covering all steps from the initial brain storming and interviewing to the formal requirements gathering, collating budgeting and forwarding final proposals to Management for sign-off.
 I also acted as a Senior Settlement Systems Analyst providing BA level 3rd line Support, from a Desktop, Server and Database perspective, supporting a user base of over 1000 across the whole of EMEA, key sites being in London, Paris, Dusseldorf & Dubai. I was only called upon once the Support teams had worked through their usual resolution steps and the call had passed from 1st line to 2nd line and then escalated to me (and other BA’s).
 Managed relationships with various external Vendors and introduced many new Vendors to BTMU. The Project proposals I had worked on required new technologies to be introduced at BTMU and as such I held tender meetings and reported back to Senior Management the suitability of the new technology and thereafter collated documentation detailing timelines and costings pertaining to a final software implementation.
 Working closely with key system users to identify system flaws and potentially apply short term fixes and identify long term system improvements, many changes submitted to CAB and Change Requests / Projects managed.
 Technical systems analysis completed on many internal systems and improvements identified and implemented.
 All Projects following ITIL principles including all documentation and covering full system life cycle.
 Key Applications managed include Bloomberg Toms Gateway, Citynet Trade Matching (TRAM), IntelliMatch, FXAT, FactSet, MacroBond, SEPA, BACS, UKFP, UKLVP, Clear2Pay, Euroclear, EBICS, ISABEL…

This included working on the Project plan and coordinating all migrations, data migration, working on coexistence of Domino/Exchange, using Trasporter tool for ease of migration, address book / GAL migration, Active Directory configuration, covered all ‘Go Live’ support and troubleshooting thereafter.
 PM for Project to ‘Salt and Pepper’ all Trade Floor users, duties include planning of all Trade Floor users to be aligned across various switches, allowing for reduced risk of downtime during outages, redundancy, capacity management and latency constraints. All proposals sent to and approved by Senior Management.
 Daily Floor walks to key business units to check market data activities are running correctly.
 Morning alerts and end-of-day activities documented and distributed to Senior Management.
 Incident Report management for outages affecting Trading Floors.
 In-depth registry fixes including dll reg, perfmon, eventvwr, altiris, healthcheck
