Oversee and coordinate all activities related to the "Water and Sanitation, " "Livelihood & Basic Assistance Projects throughout CVA & Inkind Support”, and the concluded "Emergency Interventions" projects
Supervise and lead a team of four professionals with specialized expertise in the following domains “Finance, Training, Reporting and Project Administration”
Establish and maintain strong relationships with authorities, donors, partners, and stakeholders
Organize regular evaluation meetings for team members, fostering a transparent communication
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and compliance with standards
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Lead project reporting efforts, preparing comprehensive progress reports and documenting lessons learned
Draft project proposals and framework agreements
Oversee and guarantee the effective implementation of project activities in the designated field
Organize field-level forums on project performance, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders
Systematically document lessons and best practices derived from project implementation
Manage technical guidance for the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene and Non-Food Items programs
Establish strategic networks with INGOs, UN agencies, local authorities, and relevant actors in the field
Collaborate with donors to prepare and submit proposals to major institutions and aid organizations
Draft and implement Livelihoods and Basic Assistance projects in multiple areas of Lebanon
Implement project activities as directed by the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with guidelines
Facilitate internal and external forums at the field level to discuss project performance
Conduct field coordination with local authorities, maintain continuous communication with beneficiaries
Coordinate with relevant sectors and agencies at the district and community levels
Conduct household visits and interviews for project insights
Daily follow-up on cash-for-work activities with the supervisor
Coordinate with local authorities and communicate with beneficiaries
Maintain strong partnerships with UNICEF and Disaster Management team for successful project outcomes
Lead and coordinate the Measles vaccination outreach campaign in collaboration with UNICEF
Lead the reconstruction of 154 shops and 301 apartments post-Beirut blast
Lead a 20-member blue-collar team, optimizing their deployment for efficient project execution
Oversee and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints
Support in implementing Livelihood Projects for people with disability and small businesses owners throughout a project funded by the ICRC
Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering & Construction.
