• Provides day-to-day system administration, configuration and troubleshooting of Ubuntu servers.
• Troubleshooting and patching with Ubuntu OS's, installing and upgrading Ubuntu OS’s and other software; implement and maintain security.
• Systems Administration and Support: executes day to day maintenance tasks including problem determination and resolution, as well as root-cause analysis.
• Designing, implementation and maintenance of Windows & Linux based Network, inclusive of all Networking Hardware & Software support.
• Install, secure, maintain and upgrade servers.
• Installation and Maintaining of Interactive boards and projectors.
• MySQL database management.
• Troubleshoot software related problems.
• User administration.
• Monitoring users and submit monthly service report.
• Provide technical support for Desktop & Software related problems.
• Create a backup and recovery policy.
• Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network.
• Communicate with vendor.
