▪ Managing the facility management department by supervising maintenance team, third party contractors, housekeeping, Transportation, Laundry, security team and CCTV.
▪ Overseeing all renovations, refurbishments and building projects including clean rooms, labs, clinical areas etc.
▪ Documentation of the day-to-day activities and all the facility related process as per the safety standards such as local (OSHAD) and
international standards (Joint Commission International).
▪ Scheduling of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) with In House team and coordinate with contractors for the company PPM on time.

▪ Responsible to implement risk management/Risk register and method statement.
▪ Managing the daily facility operations (maintenance, installation, and third-party contractor).
▪ Following up with the suppliers and sub-contractors involved in different projects.
▪ Site monitoring to ensure and follow up the maintenance schedule implementation.
▪ Annual Planning and budgeting for the proper utilization of the funds allotted to facility department.
▪ Issuing PTW to sub-contractors works and conducting safety inspection.
▪ Submission of Monthly Reports.
▪ Carrying out the maintenance operations as per the policy and procedures of the company.
▪ Ensuring compliance with quality standards regarding the lab technical activities.
▪ Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.
▪ To ensure the smooth functioning of the facility by monitoring and maintaining daily checklist for the critical utility systems
such electrical, HVAC (Mechanical all equipment’s) and Plumbing.
▪ Facility Management: Carrying out the Maintenance operations as per the policy and procedures of the company.
▪ Involved in formulating the policies and optimizing the procedures as per the Joint Commission International Standards for the hospital.
Ensured proper adherence to the policy and thereby ensure less noncompliance during the audits.
▪ As a member of various committees in the hospital involves in the review and modify hospital policy. And takes part in decision making in various operation issues in the hospital related to the hospital infrastructure and facility operations.
▪ To ensure the smooth functioning of the facility by monitoring and maintaining daily checklist for the critical utility systems.
▪ Annual Planning and budgeting for the proper utilization of the funds allotted to facility department Documentation of the day-to-day activities and all the facility related process as per the safety standards such as local (OSHAD) and international standards (Joint

▪ Maintaining contract services such as AMC and CMC.
▪ Coordinate with contractors for the fast progress work onsite for various projects.
▪ Coordinate with contractors for the Planned Preventive Maintenance on time.
▪ Acting as the representative of the company in external communication with various external vendors/contractors and statutory bodies.
Supporting the company in making necessary decision in the goodwill of the company.
▪ Maintaining the equipment’s to the best of its performance and attending to emergency breakdowns and repairs.
▪ Coordinate inspections for quality control and Quality Assurance program for various facilities (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Lifts,
Housekeeping, Security, Laundry, pest control, Transportation etc.) in the hospital.
▪ Monitoring and controlling various facilities with the help of BMS and CMS.
▪ Ensure the Key Performance Indicators are met asper the company standards by proper monitoring of the facility activities and
participating in various Quality Improvement programs.
▪ Leading and managing all major and minor services managed through contractors and third-party companies.
▪ Negotiating and comparing costs for when obtaining quotes or tenders from suppliers for any projects, building materials, goods, and
services to maximize cost-effectiveness.
▪ Maintaining records and inventories of the company with utmost care.
▪ Monitoring utilities consumption closely for future budgeting and to avoid wastage of energy sources from water and electricity.
▪ Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity related to all
electrical works in accordance with program of work onsite.
▪ Coordinate and scheduling pest control and laundry activities in the hospital to ensure coverage in all areas in the hospital.
▪ Managing transport department in the hospital includes drivers scheduling, maintenance of hospital own vehicles including ambulances and arranging outsource service if required.
▪ Confirms that all the operations are done in strict compliance with department safety rules and regulations, giving priority to safety and
security.
▪ Managing various support services of the hospitals including housekeeping, laundry services, transportation, waste management and Kitchen.
▪ Budgeting and supervising the housekeeping activities performed by the outsource company and inventory management of
housekeeping materials of the hospital.
▪ Managing waste management contracts with vendors for disposing various types of wastes in the hospital including domestic waste,
biomedical waste, and chemical waste.
• Handling projects for CCTV & Security Systems.
• Sending enquiries to concerned companies & comparing the products & prices to select best product & price.
• Making quotations for the customers.
• Responsible of follow up with different projects status on the sites according to the projects plans.
• Observing site and finalizing the points for proper installation.
• Overseeing quality control, health, safety matters on site and preparing reports as required.
• Supervising for cabling.
• Testing & troubleshooting of Cables.
• Checking the functioning of entire systems.
• Maintaining a healthy customer relationship at all times, with customer service key at every level.
• Being aware of all contract possibilities and add on business opportunities.
