Responsible for installation, termination, Troubleshooting and maintenance of the fiber optical, CCTV, IPTV, Access control, public address, structured cabling related infrastructure.
Manages Windows Server 2006 Active Directory.
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
Operating complex Audio/Visual systems with video conferencing, projections,
Audio, video recording, video wall, playback Music, remote control devices and lighting control.
Supervise and assist the technicians on Site and Report to the Project Engineer about the work.
Ability to think and work independently - effective interaction with employees, customers and colleague And Supervise and coordinate with contractors, technician and other persons involve making sure that the works are performed at the desired level of quality and standards.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, and ensure that it is properly placed and stored. Perform site/system inspection requests for all IT/AV/ELV systems for subject approvals. Produce material submittal documents and inspection submittal documents.
• Maintains file and print server particularly share drive’s security. Set up laptops or computers and IP Phones and mobile for new comers and ensures that necessary setting, security and applications are properly installed and configured. Support in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers and network issues of all office based users.
