Managed portfolio of key corporate clients (Companies/Govt. entities/Trade/Media/Hospitality) and their respective Travel
Management Companies (TMC). I have achieved agreed sales revenue targets by maintaining and developing business
relationships with major entities and their TMCs’ and other selected independent business travel agents and their respective
clients in Abu Dhabi/Dubai & NE. I’ve had created and developed awareness of EY products and services within the portfolio of
accounts in order to ensure that set revenue objectives are achieved through REVENUEPLUS, Salesforce.com and
Corporate Dashboard.
Effective Sales and Marketing Strategies: Analyzed, developed and implemented with assigned accounts to enhance EY
market share.
New Corporate Client Opportunities: Identified and prospected opportunities based on revenue potential through in-
depth analysis of the market.
Dissemination and communication: Managing and controlling all activities of major corporate travel agents, and ensure the
effective dissemination and communication of EY developments to assigned clients.
Liaison: Acting as a liaison between the corporate and the operations, legal, finance and IT teams across EY.
Accounts Negotiation: Negotiating incentive agreements with corporate clients and review/assess performance on a
quarterly basis.
Monitoring: Monitoring area sales performance and recommend actions where necessary to maximize revenue.
Information Dissemination: Maintaining and updating regular sales activities in CRM web portal, Salesforce.com; and
working on PRISM system for opportunities with new and existing client or territory.
Event Management: Sponsoring corporate events on behalf of EY and coordinating with the marketing department on the same.
Working closely with media partners to ensure Etihad is highlighted during events.
Management: Managed accounts of nine embassies & nine major business groups, plus taking care of sectors like
hospitality, Oil & Gas, Media, Construction, Aviation, and Government.

Corporate Sales & Revenue: Generation: Responsible for the overall sales targets by sourcing and prospecting for new
