• Preparing monthly payroll for more than 500 employees through Cash, Bank Transfer and WPS
• Salary and wages distribution.
o Encashment of cheques.
o Submission of Salary transfer letter to the bank.
o Preparing envelopes & pay slip.
• Collect timesheet for all employees and enter it on ERP (ORACLE).
• Record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases in salary.
• Monitoring employee loans and deductions.
• Record employee information, such as resignation, termination and additions, in order to maintain and update payroll records and Master records in ERP.
• Compile employee timesheets, and leave applications form.
• Complete, verify and process forms and documentation for medical insurance and Bank opening Account.
• Maintain and update manual and electronic file for staff.
• Preparing offer letter.
• Preparing Final Settlement for resigned and terminated staff.
• Computing Annual leave in Manual and in ERP.
• Preparing Salary Certificates and salary transfer as per request.
• Preparing salary structure for new visa application.
• Preparing Claim for Salary of Employee every month.
• Coordination of all new joining staff and collecting all the related documents for visa process and submitting to PRO with transmittals
• Arranging Emirates ID cards for Labors.
• Maintaining all the confidential records and files for the admin department.
• Searching of new software as per the requirement from consultants and IT for smooth process of the project
• Preparation and timely up gradation of organization chart with coordination of other departments specially with planning team
• Coordination with consultants and other division head for any application related to DEWA or Dubai Municipality.
• Coordination with Emirates NBD Bank regarding Employees Accounts.
• Coordination with Insurance companies regarding Insurances.
• Maintaining the records in the files of all the submittals of DEWA and Dubai Municipality
