• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
• Manage schedules and deadlines of the project with real time coordination with translators.
• Monitor all offices and staff performing day to day activity for accepting translation projects and co-ordination with translators.
• Monitor and decide project quotation and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
• Management of all office locations via SKYPE calls and personal visits to monitor the situation and condition of office.
• Organize and supervise other office activities (client handling, arrange of documents, event planning etc.)
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
• Monitoring and preparing reports for CASH COLLECTION and all financial transaction for the organization.
