FACILITIES SUPERVISOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Maintain Inventory Reports at the beginning and end of every academic session.
• Maintain Stock Register.
• Supervise the Security Function.
• Maintains the Stock and Store of the school.
• Supervise the class for staff.
• Checking the Staff Attendance Register.
• Checking the Security Attendance Register
• Maintain the Register of Generator log Register, Oil Consumption Record, Date wise, time Consumption ( in Hours ) etc.
• Supervise the Cleanliness in the school. ( As per the schedule )
• Maintain the record of Purchase of Diesel.
• Giving supports to Evo coaches as per their needs.
• Arranging the external booking inside the college (Auditorium).
• Arranging the birthday party with the instruction of EVO Coach.
• Providing supports to Account department as per there need.
• Provide supports or query to swimming pool coaches.
• Provide supports to IT department as per their need.
• Provide support to Musica department.
• Take care of all the maintenance work going at the site in a daily basic or during break and sending the reports to my reporting manager.
• Trying to fulfil the requirement of my reporting manager as per her instruction.
• After every one hrs doing the routine round up inside the campus and turning off all the light & Air-Condition if not needed.
• Taking Care of Gardner’s.
• Daily Inspection of Canteen Service in our College through vendors (IFS & Superheroes )
• Provide supports to the vendor for the monthly PPM work inside the campus.
• Scheduling for the Pest Control inside the campus in a month.
• Supervise the Weekly Fire Walk Checklist inside the Campus Al-Waab & West Bay
