- Monitoring & user support IP VPN service taken from ISP along with the installation & administration of VPN service on Windows 2003 Server.
- Administration & monitoring of UTM Cyberoam firewall implemented at Headoffice (300i ) and at 4 Remotes Sites (25i).

o Implementation of an ERP called ManERP o KahraMaa Project of 300 connections network installation (This project was awarded to one of the group companies -KMS).
 Instrumental in developing the following software:
o Payroll Software using MS Access, which is being used since May 2003 to 2012
o Online Maintenance Software for MEP Projects.
o Human Resource (HR) Software.
 Constantly monitored the services with the present network of over 250 workstations with 5 HP Proliant 380 G6, Cisco Switches & Cyberoam 300i with few network shut down.
