• Prepared all type of Method Statements of all activities and get approval prior to resume of work.
• Prepared all type of Check list, PQP and itps for all activities get approval prior to start activities.
• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are in current status as per Check list and itps.
• Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken. And review all inspection reports for compliance.
• Ensure that all inspection to be raised properly on time. And inspected with Consultant.
• Tracking log updated daily basis and discussed with all sub-contractor in Weekly meeting

•Coordinate with project Engineers in respective Categories (Irrigation, Agriculture, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical).
•Review all materials and Test and Epoxy Coating Certificate prior to inspection.
•Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA/QC manager and assist in developing corrective actions.
•Coordinate QC manager and construction manager in resolving .
any discrepancies and ambiguities.
•Supervision of all site activities of project, which comes under Quality Control, like Concreting Tiling, Plastering, Block works and Painting and false ceiling) etc, till the handover of building and Irrigation Land scaping work, etc.
•Checking the All work as per as approved drawings,
•To rise the RFI for any changes as per site condition.
•To prepare verbal instruction and site instruction reports, submit to consultant to get approval.

•Supervision of all site activities of project.
•Studying and checking the steel work as per as drawings.
•Filling the inspection form and give to the consultant for approval. Taking out quantity of concrete to be ordered.
•Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors
•Supervising and handling the concrete works.
•Making daily duty of labours program as per as priory of work.
•Future of planning implemented as per priority or requirement.
•Planning & scheduling of activities. Detailed planning of sub-activities & management of man powers & materials accordingly
•Coordinating with the Construction Manager for necessary comments.
•Supervision of materials &Management of labours for different types of work, Checking and maintaining Progress of the work as per the Bar chart.
•Checking and monitoring of all finishing works (Tiling, Plastering, Block works and Painting and false ceiling) etc, till the handover of building etc.
•Taking out quantities of concrete and other building materials like tiles, glue, grouting, cement, blocks, sand, etc to be ordered. Before the finishing of materials.
