• Providing oversight in the planning, evaluation, implementation, Configuration and validation of Datacenter Systems Infrastructure hyper converged infrastructure Nutanix AHV and VMware ESXi 6.5 technologies with V Center on Windows & Linux/Centos OS environment. Foreman, DELL Storage, NetApp, Cybersecurity, Exchange & TMS servers.

• Maintaining, Managing, Administrating and troubleshooting AD Domain 2016 with multiple forests, DHCP, DNS.

• Leading the IT Infra projects (SCADA, SIGNLING, CCTV, AFC) designed and technical operation/maintenance teams. Responsible for providing recommendations and attaining design approval.

• Working with client to understand business objectives in order to ensure functional and technical designs meet requirements in secured manner.

• Administrating, Installing and Configuring and Managing SCADA and Signaling Infrastructure.

• Administrating, Installing and Configuring and Managing VMware vCenter.

• Administrating, Installing and Configuring BACS server including RTU.

• Administrating, Installing and Configuring Automated Fare Collection (AFC) Back office systems. (Red Hat, Rabbit MQ, Portainer, Docker)

• Administrating, Installing and Configuring Thales Hardware Security Module (HSM) including Key Management System (KMS).

• Administrating, and Managing FortiGate Firewalls. Filtering and Analyzing Inbound and Outbound traffic.

• Installing, Configuring, Managing and Deploying Endpoint Security for all nodes (Servers and Client) through McAfee console.

• Implementing and Hardening Cyber Security for the Systems and Appliance.

• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting software for the Ticket Vending Machine (TVM).

• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting software for the Ticket Office Machine (TOM).

• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting software for the THALES passenger Gates.


• Providing support to Security in the development of appropriate audit controls and procedures to ensure the integrity and protection of company resources.

• Troubleshooting/Supporting L3/L4, upgrading, and providing solutions to complex Infrastructure hardware/software/Security problems

• Creating and executing test plans to meet project requirements for assigned components.

• Managing time and expense to meet or exceed expectations defined in the Statement of Work.

• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting software for the Portable Checking and Vending Machine (PCVM).

• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting software for the Ingenico Electronic Payment Terminal (ICT, IUP).

• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Movicon software for Monitoring Control System (MCS & SCU) for AFC systems.

• Understanding and Implementing the full business flow of whole AFC, SCADA, CCTV and Signaling Systems Architecture including all equipment’s).

• Configuring, Integrating other sub systems over the OPC and MODBUS.


• Reviewing and Managing (PAT, SIT, FAT, TOC) documents

Understanding the full business flow of whole AFC Systems (BPE, BO, & Designed Architecture including all AFC equipment’s) and implementing accordingly.

•Performing the test for the device services (PAT, SIT, FAT, TOC).

•Integrating the AFC systems with other sub systems like SCADA over the OPC and MODBUS.

•Implementing and Hardening Cyber Security for the Systems and Appliance.

Optimizing daily Help Desk tasks and I.T. Maintenance task. Including problems Identifying, diagnosing and resolving the Hardware, Software’s, Antivirus, User profile backup with .PST, Server data backup, Disk space managing by DFS, various types of application and Network related issues. Providing direct guidance for process improvements, standardization efforts.

•Supervising the Helpdesk support staff by defining and establishing schedules, setting priorities, providing support/direction and dealing with administrative issues as per needs.

•Ensuring that staff provides timely and considerate customer service to end users by fielding Helpdesk calls and resolving technical issues as well.
•Training helpdesk staff on operational procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and providing training on new hardware and/or software applications as per management request.
