I am responsible for managing the Urban Planning team for preparing the master plan, and Demarcations documents.
I develop the master plan after receiving it from the Chief planner, which is usually international consultants, where I cooperated with CALLISON firm in GRAND HEIGHTES &CFS projects, and EDSA ARCHITECT firm in AL-MANHAL HOUSING project.
I am in charge of preparing the area tabulations, applying the required densities, and the client, stakeholders, Infrastructure and landscape requirements on the approved master plan.
I am responsible for communicating with NUCA for reviewing the master plan and have been approved by the Responsible committee.
I communicate with the client to follow up the progress of the project.
I was responsible for managing design development team to accomplish the documents of mixed -use towers.
I was responsible for design plan for each floor as commercial floor, villas floor, apartments and studios floors, basement floors, and applying the regulations of the concerned authority on them.
I was in charge of producing the tower elevations and sections according to the approved perspective.
Preparing area calculations which required by the authority.
I was coordinating all plans with Structural/MEP requirements to prevent any conflict later on.
I was communicating with the authority to get approval on the documents.
Follow up the project with the production department.
I worked on towers has at least 40 storey.
I worked on urban planning, residential, and resorts projects, so I collected working experience in planning and architectural design fields.
For the urban planning, I was responsible for producing the construction drawings for the master plan and demarcations sheets with taking the infrastructure and landscape requirements into consideration.
For the architectural design field, I participated in design a lot of buildings, and I was responsible for preparing the working drawings for construction.
