 Ensure the optimum usage of the consumables, tools and eliminate wastage.
 Monitoring and conduct periodic review of the performance of all employees.
 Schedule and execution of jobs based on the priorities, resources availability and repair complexity.
 Work done certificate making and submitting to refit coordinator.
 Coordination and supervising of Conversion projects Dubai Dry docks as sub contractor.
 Preparation of material list and requisition as per drawings.
 Attending client’s meetings and coordinating with site supervisors and foreman
 Coordination in preparation of as built drawings and report.
 Work shop supervision in fabrication with various supervisors and foremen.
