• Allocation of Manpower, equipment for the construction works.
• Provide services in Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• In charge for the Hydro-test and Commissioning of all pipelines throughout the project.
• Conducting Periodic Internal meetings to review the project progress, Budgets and Cash Flow
• In support of project managers and Site engineers, liaise periodically with clients on key technical and delivery issues.
• Responsible for project coordination between design, development, trades, engineering and project completion. In conjunction with Project Control Manager, review monthly project with PM to report progress against deliverables and highlight any key technical issues.
• Ensure compliance of project, QAQC & HSE requirements of the project.
• Prepares Work Packages and Job Cards for maintenance works with co-ordination of Discipline In-charges / Engineers.
• Generates daily, weekly, monthly look-ahead reports, targets for the Area Engineer and Supervisors based on Level III Plan and work front availabilities.
• Procurement tracking, Procurement activity list preparation, Reorder materials in consultation with Logistics dept.
• Quantity Survey and invoicing
