& Property Management with SHUROOQ, A Sharjah Government Entity Developing a number of
Retail, Heritage, Waterfront & Mixed used developments such as Al Qasba, Al Majaz Waterfront, Heart
of Sharjah, Al Montazah Amusement Park, Khorfakkan Beach Project, Kalba & Dibba Al Hisn and many
other developments.
Responsible for identifying new and unique prospects for the Leasing of Retail, F&B outlets,
Commercial (Office) and for specialty leasing program.
Assist Line Managers in creating retail/merchandising mix of tenants by conducting site visits,
visiting shopping centres and other retail centres, collect information of retail outlets to achieve
the objective of each project.

Assist to find specialty-leasing retailers to increase revenue for the property.
Source out alternative revenue channels through ancillary income opportunities.
Manage & deliver retail leasing programme, create budgets and Tenant mix for the above
mentioned mixed used developments projects.
Work closely with project team in the initial developments stages of each project providing input
on the Retail strategy including project vision, positioning of each project, retail mix
recommendation, structural & technical requirements, basic amenities mall management
requirements.
Monitoring of tenant fit-out activity to ensure completion within contractual timeframe.
Replace non-performing tenant & manage termination & exit formalities with tenants.
Coordinate with marketing to ensure all events & promotions are marked within the tenant to
increase footfall and sales.
Conduct In-House feasibility studies & review external feasibility and best use studies.
Create lease agreement and documentation management and coordination with the leasing
Committee.
- Lease Agreements Process and Execution. Process and follow up on all lease documents to
ensure completion
- Lead and update the status report and schedules for all properties.
- Prepare Brand Principal Presentations for store selection and criteria
- Prepare and ensure proper, timely submission of weekly, monthly, and quarterly leasing
achievement report to head of the department.
- Assist with all the administration work for Property Department
- Manage the flow of all lease related documents
- Maintains files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times
- Prepares various leasing supporting forms for managerial approval
- Collects and Maintains up to date insurance certificates of all tenants and properties
- Coordinate all legal, finance and administration matters between departments
- Ensure inspections and fit out process and regulations are within due date
