▪ Engaging in preparing monthly reports, business profitability statements
and key financials for management review.
▪ Responsible for Financial reporting including analysis, interpretation and
communication of monthly financial results; lead deviation analysis and
explanation of the key performance drivers.
▪ Provide required periodic financial statement reporting and financial
analysis to explanation of the key performance drivers corporate head
office, as well as subsequent support and explanation of results as
requested.
▪ Assist in preparing Annual Financial Statements, Annual Plan and
reforecasting for the company.
▪ Prepare VAT Schedules, Returns and payments for Sri Lankan and UAE
Branch.
▪ Handling the financial function and compliance matters in the UAE branch
of John Keells IT.
▪ Review the accuracy of monthly Bank reconciliation Statements.
▪ Assist in monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate results.
▪ Ability and experience in using SAP HANA system

• Efficiently monitoring and collecting customer payments by analyzing the
credit terms.
•Reconcile discrepancies, resolving payment disputes and negotiating payment
terms.
• Generating insightful reports and analysis for management.
• Experience in raising and issuing cheques to vendors by analyzing the credit
period.
• Ensure all allocated vendors are reconciled and invoiced on _me in the
system.
• Preparation of cash flow summary report whilst ensuring the accuracy and the
timeliness.
• Responsible for calculation of monthly sales incentive and collection incentive
commission of the sales representatives.
• Preparation of daily cheques for banking based on the daily/weekly cash
requirements and hand over to accounts receivable for posting in the ledger
books.
• Monitor the current month’s expanded daily and weekly working capital & the
cash balances at banks that will allow the company to practice and coordinate a
smooth payment structure.
• Responsible for preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• coordinating and liaises with banks in order to proper management of funds.
• Ability and experience in using SAP Business one system.
