• Taking off measurements and quantities for the preparation of BOQ, Compliance with the standard method of Measurement.
• Preparation of monthly interim Payment Application.
• Attending valuation meetings with consultants and providing related supportive documents to substantiate the claim with negotiation.
• Notify, Prepare, submit and coordinate the agreement of Variation Orders (Cost Proposals) with the Clients and Consultants.
• Preparation of cost and rate breakdowns for the notified variations.
• Conduct cost and value forecasting.
• Maintain tracking schedules for Variations, Day works, Payments, Final Measurement.
• Obtain daily or weekly Site records, from operational staff, required for the purposes of pricing Day works or preparing cost build‐ups to support Variations, additional Works or claims.
• Prepare and maintain records of all subcontractors’ agreements and payments.
• Liaised with Site Agents and Site Engineers to ensure that all works done on site are considered and accounted for the monthly progress billing.
• Sending inquiry & Negotiate with subcontractors & Suppliers.
• Rate evaluation as per subcontractor’s quotations.
• Cost Computations for sub‐contractors.
• Certification of subcontract works and issuance of Payment Certificates.
• Track project costs to contract closeout.
• Preparing Physical & Financial progress cash flow statements (inflow & outflow).
• Preparing & certifying supplier bills, Material consumption & Reconciliation.
• Preparing complete Take off from as‐built drawing for the final account.
• Follow‐ups with the site team & QA/QC team for abortive works and additional works.
• Material calculation and preparing Material for Site report.
• Preparation of Final Payment Application after substantial completion of work.
• Attending for weekly and monthly progress meetings with Client, Project Managers, and Contractor’s representatives.
