Responsibilities as Logistics Coordinator:

 Receiving customer requirements officially.

 Monitoring cargo movement through the tracking system.

 Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to

ensure material is delivered as per schedule.

 Developing new duty rosters for drivers.

 Scheduling maintenance chart for all vehicle

 Coordinating with clients for cash collection

 Preparing waybills, invoice and receipt

 Coordinating with operation department for daily shipment’s

 Coordinating with clients for delivered containers.

 Maintain good relationship with customers

 Contacting transporter and get price.

 Booking trucks from transporter.

 Confirming arrival time with customer.

 Follow up delivery with warehouse.

 Follow up transporters payment.
