Project Description - There is a 100 acres township with presedential villas, low & high rise apartments and club house with world class amenities. The USP of project is a golf course ground spread over 18 acres of land. Project name is Godrej Golf Link situated at sector - 27, Greater Noida, UP.
• Handelling 80 presedential villas, B+G+7 towers - 4 no.'s and main club house.
I have worked there as an deputy manager operations. I was looking after MLZS k12 school projects in entire north India. Key responsibilities are - project management, design coordination, site execution with safety and quality compliances, project scheduling, tracking and monitoring to top management and project handover. I was involved in handing over and operations of 16 school projects.
I was working in KFI as an Assistant project manager- civil. I was handelling admin block and hostel block of G+14 floors. The project includes beautiful interior design and facade design.
The project is spread over 67 acres of land with beautiful architectural design, facade, indoor & outdoor sports, landscape, hardscape with internal CC roads etc.
I have worked at project Sobha international city based in sector 109, Gurgaon. The total project area is appx 40 acres. I was independently handelling 8 villas with a plot area of each villa was 400 sq. yard. I was involved from excavation to project finishing. My key responsibilities were site execution, men & material management at site, DPR submission, contractor billing, preparation of BBS etc.
I have joined NRG & Co as a trainee engineer. After confirmation i have worked there as a civil site engineer.
The project name is DLF Capital Greens, Motinagar, New delhi. The building profile was 3B+G+32. I have worked there during structure phase of project. I have completed tower structure from 14th floor to terrace slab and completed the milestone as per company's requirement.
