Commercial and Operations Management
? Managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with statutory laws, financial regulations and accounting standards
? Reviewing complex financial data to assess prevalent financial and economic environment, identify business risks and implement effective mechanisms to mitigate the same.
? Interpreting financial data to facilitate strategic financial growth of the organization and executing the financial strategy of the company,
? Publishing financial statements, Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, cash flow projections including Capex plan, overseeing accounting operations
? Budget v/s Actual Expenses variance report with cost center allocation and analysis of the same for management monitoring expenditure
? Implementing Cost control and Cost reduction initiatives coordinating with of all supporting/enabling departments and reporting their performance
? Enhancing, setting up and implementing financial practices, processes, procedures and systems of Accounts and Finance Function
? Entailing mapping business processes, and studying workflow to design solutions, ensuring high profitability and competitive advantage
? Evaluating and Implementing automated as well as manual systems processes, assessing gaps, vulnerability and analyzing financial statement.
? Liaison with auditors and taking lead in finalization of audits, like Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, ICS
? Formulating sound financial strategies with exceptional numerical proficiency in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth to achieve organizational targets
? Liaise with other departments to provide the Management with data driven insights on profitable business areas and make informed decisions
