Responsible for Pre Sales and Post Sales support for (2X Application Server, Secunia CSI/VIM, Altaro Backup, Kaspersky).
Single point of contact for all technical queries (Pre Sales or Post Sales) for resellers.
Single point of contact with technical team of Vendors.
Provides technical training to technical team of resellers/partners across Middle East.
Conducts weekly webinar/product demonstration for partners/resellers.
Conducts Product presentation for resellers/partners across Middle East.
Answer technical queries from partners related to products.
Conducts POC for Partners/end users.
Implement best practices.
Create project plan and overall project management as per defined schedule.
First level presales support to partners/end users.
Manage post sales support for partners/end users.
Escalate issues/queries to Vendors.
Monitor team activities on weekly/monthly basis.
Define/measures KPIs for all team members and mentor team members.
To plan and facilitate workshops and training courses for team members for upgrading skills/knowledge.
MANAGING IT SERVICES (HELPDESK, CUSTOMER ESCALATION) FOR INFRASTRUCTURE AND NETWORKING.
