Bank of India is a government organization, which I joined in june’13 as a probationary officer. In Bank of India at branch level, business development is an end to end process i.e. you generate business, you process it and you conclude it. Primarily I was assigned to the branch head and was looking after business development, credit processing and recoveries/collections. Later, I was specifically designated as Assistant Manager Credits. My work as AM credits involves developing business, assessment of loan applications, rating of the applicant, processing of loan applications, getting approvals, fulfilling the legal formalities involved in the process and follow up for recoveries/collections.......... Its a 3 year bachelor's degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University. This degree primarily focused on accounts, finance & commerce.
