• Implementing end-to-end operations of the distribution business for complete execution of the projects through team of project managers and construction managers including approval of budgets, selection of vendors, subcontractors, finalization of agreements with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Steering responsibilities for effective and successful management of resources, productivity, quality control, environment, health & safety measures established and set for Operations Department
