* Attending/closing Down call of BTS End as well as CPE within provided SLA.
* Provide the specific solution to the customers.
* Coordinating to Central, Regional & Local NOC for some Backhaul related issues.
* Handling TCL BTS & CPE Feasibility ( wimax & Radwin) of Central Delhi.
* Also Maintaining the QC of the reports too.
