• Responsible for erection, Testing and commissioning of all field instruments, like PLC Panels, Transformer Panels LT and HT Motors for Compressors, rotary vane feeders, Ash conditioners, Vibrating feeders, Blowers, Drain Sump Pumps etc.
• Elementary Knowledge of PLC and SCADA System.
• Experience in power distribution systems. Having full knowledge on all electrical reliability equipments such as Transformers, substations, motors, Relays etc.
• Supervised erection work for current transformer, voltage transformer, Isolator, , Lightning arrestor, Circuit Breaker and Relay control panels.
• Fully involved in checking of LT and HT breakers testing in both service and test position. HT and LT cable testing ( Megger testing Hi Pot Testing and Continuity Testing etc.).
• Checking start permissive, Stop Permissive and tripping logic for all LT and HT drives.
• Cable laying, glanding, dressing and termination in all feeder of respective MCC, Light Distribution Boards according to approved Electrical Wiring Diagram as per Technical Specification
• Responsible for operating and maintaining the plant equipment such as voltage Stabilizer, circuit breaker, Plc's Transformer, 3-phase induction motors etc.
• Attending all defective point list / plug list points for all LT Drives..
• Plan and execute installation process and testing over trial runs.
• Monitor progress and report on progress of maintenance and implementation project schedules.
• Plan daily, weekly and complete project schedules and provide progress report to senior management.
• Maintain log of reported faults and routine preventive maintenance.
• Provide on site advice and apply instant decisions to critical problems affecting the project work.
• Remain innovative and explore safe and efficient working practices.
• Completing all measurements, protocols and billing work of project.
