• Managing as Warehouse Manager in Excel Group of Companies located in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah since March-2021.Reporing to Chairman Managing Director
• Responsible for managing Warehouse operation for two manufacturing locations for business related to servicing, repair of Waste management equipment, building new fabricated structure such as pedestrian bridges, Aviation, Ground support Equipment for Emirates Airlines, Oil & Gas Industry. Scaffolding manufacturing business
• Spearhead 35+ strong team comprising Senior Storekeepers, Forklift Drivers, Warehouse Operatives, Pickup Drivers, Loaders & Warehouse Coordinators
• Manage receiving, warehousing & distribution operations by enforcing program, policies and procedures.
• Establish & implement demand driven planning, divisional policies and controls to achieve division and corporate goals.
• Set Division goals, track KPIs, develop cost reduction strategies and ensure Divisional Policy & Procedures are complied with.
• Nurture professional relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers to enhance operational effectiveness
• Maintain inventory levels for each item by ensuring the execution of replenishment planning process.
• Control the non-performing inventory and dead stock to minimize the impact in company working capital.
• Ensure OTIF compliance in close coordination with Production Team so that all raw material/packing material and other inputs are available in warehouse for scheduled production against customer orders, and production targets are achieved in keeping with FG delivery deadlines.
• Manage the freight forwarding and transportation activates with different service provider to meet delivery deadlines
• Develop the metrics, reporting tools to capture and communicate progress to senior management.
• Work with different functions to resolve all regulatory, customs issues and orders delivery to deliver on commitments.
• Develop and lead execution of the projects of the new warehousing & distribution arena.
• Administer staffs appraisals, promotion, increment, training & development.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Plan and amend warehouse management procedures, asset management procedures, and SOPs according to the standards
• Minimize costs and the enforce HSE regulations in all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Train & mentor team to align with management expectations, and to embrace dynamic changes in the market.
• Provide training on HAZMAT (Hazardous material handling) Storage & handling in warehouse to all users & warehouse personnel for accident free operation.
• Managed yard (2500 sq. m.) & warehouse operation for projects related to EPC Oil & Gas fabrication-Onshore/Offshore, New build jack up Drilling Rigs, Life boats/Multi Rig Refurbishment, and reported to Yard Director.
• Handled and managed more than 6000 SKUs through Matrix.
• Benchmarked all important and major processes in warehouse aligning with business requirement to capture all transaction and activities in order to have robust control and monitoring system in place
• Managed warehouse operations related to oil & gas E&P projects business.
• Hand over all the equipment offloaded safely from drilling rigs to maintenance for repair &, over hauling. Identified and labelled and thereafter take custody of equipment and preserve under warehouse custody.
• Supply Chain management for Off-Shore Projects including load out of monthly Groceries, daily food supplies & different Project materials.
• Custodian of all Company assets & ensure assets are well stored, preserved and looked after throughout the project until it is returned back to our custody.
• Asset Tagging, registration, name plating and control management for calibration, expiration of calibration date & renewal
• Coordinate with in-house maintenance team for MRO for all Drilling Equipment to putting it back into perfectly operating condition reaching to desired level of efficiency (Drilling System Refurbishment).
• Warehouse operation & supply chain at strategic& tactical level for inspection, repair& maintenance (IRM) for Oil rigs, Off shore services & EPC Projects. Spare parts planning for Vessels, Equipment, Welding & blasting consumables
• Ensure that all the stocks available on books are physically verified and checked for authentic and unambiguously matching for specification and physical available quantity
• Ensure that all the Assets available at sites are physically verified and checked for authentic and unambiguously matching for specification with book stock in every month.
• Recommended and implemented supply chain practices, policies & procedures in respect of sourcing, storage, preservation and coding according to the international best practices of OEM Catalog.
• Handled inventory management under MRO concept (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) and AMO (Assembly, Maintenance, Repair) for servicing of Rigs/Jack-up barge/Air Compressor /Diesel Generator/Cranes/Forklift etc.
• Managed, monitored & controlled warehouse and business assets.
• Managed warehouse pertaining to materials & equipment for oil & gas field projects.
• Eliminated slow moving and obsolete inventory to ensured decrease in inventory holding to $3.2 million
• Responsible for control and optimization of business inventory to minimize working capital.

• Established real time visibility of products/spare parts on different locations and in warehouse.

• Managed warehouse operation for manufacturing of Garbage Compactor, Wastage Skip container(5/7/12 CBM), Garbage bin(1, 2/2.5/4.5) for Municipality Scaffolding and tube rolling mills to support production, Truck body, Tankers, Flat bed Trailers.
• Implemented EOQ, VED & ABC analysis for 200+ regular spare parts and consumables resulting in a saving of AED 45K.
