• Talent Acquisition: - Sourcing and bringing in the right talent for our corporate operations as well as our F&B brands both in the GCC across roles from junior level to top management- right from Crew Members to Senior Management roles.
• Onboarding and Induction: - Responsible for a smooth transition of our hires from candidate to employee ensuring the onboarding and joining formalities are conducted efficiently.
• Workforce planning: - identifying talent requirements and gaps in hiring through regular interaction with business heads and brand owners.
• Talent Management: - Reviewing and execution of secondments and promotion of staff based on performance evaluation and managerial feedback.
• Establishing an excellent rapport with clients to better understand their needs and thence, mapping the market to identify the right talent for the role in question via competency-based interviewing methods.
• Sourcing and head-hunting talent via job portals and networking with key players in the market, to meet various mandates across mid and senior level in the FMCG, manufacturing, telecom, and consumer electronics space.
• Recruitment for mid to senior levels across divergent functions such as Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Marketing and HR.
• Sourcing profiles on various job portals to meet client requirements ranging from mid to senior level positions in the banking sector but also across varied sectors.
• Successfully fulfilled mid to senior management requirements such as Head of Islamic Banking- Oman, Relationship Managers, Credit analysts and Product Managers (e.g.: automobile loans)
• Induction/Onboarding/Pre-Hire Logistics/Exit Formalities
• Employee grievances and regular reviews with Service Employees
• Performance appraisals/ Contract renewals
• Collection/Validation/Collation of Payroll Inputs and supporting Payroll related queries- salaries/ shift allowances/ Mediclaim
• Consulting with Clients to identify additional Talent requirements in line with their business plan
• Managing a team of recruiters to ensure timely fulfilment of client mandates.
• Coordination of HR related functions between the corporate office and their corporate hotel division (Hotel La- Paz, Vasco da Gama, Goa)
• Payroll inputs
