Managed full cycle of high-volume Onboarding process ensuring all pre-employment processes and forms are completed accurately, ensure a timely issuance of Visa and Labor for the resources and their dependanf visa formalities
Respond to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional mamanner.
Responsible for coordinating and Administering the complete onboarding process from issuing offer letters to deploying employees.
Delivered a high quality employee relations, visa services from top level executives to blue collar work force.
In charge for all demobilizations formalities such as termination letter, visa and work permit cancelation in compliance with UAE labour Law.
Laising with other functional departments such as finance, HSE, IT etc. to ensure that all set up are in place before deploying employee.
Managed security passes including CICPA, Optima and gate pass as per the client requirements.
Monitor all visa, work permits, pension fund registration and insurances and responsible creating for employment contracts and agreements.
Responsible for all international and local mobilization including travel arrangements, obtaining necessary approvals etc.
Act as the focal point for the clients and employees queries and coordinate with team members to complete employee requests on time

HR reports for Top Management as well as clients.

• Labour relations and employee grievance management, disciplinary actions.
• Handled annual negotiation and renewal of medical and Workmen compensation and emplyee insurance policies, and the implementation of agreed insurance and claims processes and guidelines.
• In charge of company diferent licenses.
• Managed the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diferent sources after identification of manpower requirements of permanent staf and project-based requirements.
• Forecasting HR budget, manage HR funds and submit all bills and payments to the Accounts department.
• Handled entire (500+ employees) labor card renewal & visa processing through Tasheel, E-Channel, GDRFA,
