Included mainly site supervision and site handling . Main responsibilities were execution of the HVAC work as per the project specification and client requirement.
Ensure that work should be done in accordance with the method statement.
Co-ordination with other departments for the successful completion of work.
Prepare daily, weekly reports and attend meeting with consultants and clients.
Responsibilities handled :
• Knowledge in construction of Hull/Outfitting/fabrication as well as erection
works.
• According to requirement of the project, prepare work schedule for time
management
• Study the drawings & prepare material estimation and procurement.
• Attending the meetings with the managers and foremen.
• Directing and supervising colleagues regarding all work activities performed.
• Inspection and dry surveys of prefabrication, tanks, Hull Blocks.
• Co-ordinating with site surveyors for class approvals.
• Responsible for the work-in all respects of supervising, progress and
Quality Control at site.
• Monitor performance of workers to ensure quality and safety aspects.
• Preparation of daily and weekly reports
