Appointed to lead the broadband marketing & strategy (fixed and mobile), profit and loss, device roadmap, internet value added services (Orange Ivory Coast : 6 million customers, 460 millions € annual turnover, 2000 employees) :
• Serve as lead member of a cross-functional business team accountable for all business decisions (customer care, sales, technical)
• Define the entire strategy (network, devices, offers and services) roll-out and follow-up for ADSL, Wimax, CDMA, FTTx, HSDPA/HSUPA, Wifi Hotspots (Implementing growth strategies, which resulted in year on revenue increases of more than 15%)
• Define objectives and commercial commission rate plans for direct and indirect sales
• Specify communication strategy and roll-out (BTL & ATL : media, merchandising, direct marketing, corporate website, social networks, etc …)
• Steer content negotiations (TV, Music, portals, etc …)
• Create and improve broadband QoS plan
• Lead staff of 7 people and effectively managed annual budget of 20+ millions €
• Manage and develop the staff skills (defining objectives, weekly team meetings, appraisal, training and coaching) in order to improve collective performance
• Implement and develop the general organisation of the BU in liaison with group top-management
Responsible for Innovation/R&D (deployment roadmap and time to market (TTM) process) within AMEA region (Orange Technocenter 500 employees) :
• Created the Yield Management Program (Yield Zone) and implemented it for 10 Orange affiliates in AMEA region (+10 million customers, +16% voice revenues),
o Yield Zone awarded by Africacom in 2010 and won TTM award
• Deployed the following innovation in AMEA countries : USSD Portal, Prepaid Blackberry, Orange Office, Prepaid Internet Everywhere, Mobile advertising, Mobile TV, 2G/3G Cell Broadcast, Pay 4 Me, Emergency Credit, Mail by SMS, Low cost Wifi hostpost, Opera Mini, Low cost tablets, Internet on TV, 3G.
o Consulting on site (market research, segmentation, pricing, communication & brand guidelines and roll-out, sales analysis, technical, financial and process support)
o Defined KPIs for projects and reported to CEOs, CMOs, CTOs, Corporate stakeholders
o More than 30 different missions in Niger, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Mali Mozambic, Cameroun, South-Africa, Botswana, Uganda, Egypt, USA, England, Mauritius, Madagascar, Reunion Island, France)
• Team management of 4 people
Appointed to lead VAS marketing team (SMS, MMS, Mobile Internet Access, Mobile personalisation, Community Services), (Orange Reunion Island : 110 million €, 300 employees) VAS turnover 15 million €/year (average growth for 2007/2008 +11%) :
• Defined the VAS strategy and annual marketing plans/roadmaps to maximize revenues (marketing, technical & financial analysis, business plan, operational).
• Rolled-out the following project : Mobile HDTV, 3G throttled plans, Mobile open communities, Data bundles for TV / VOD - Browsing -Communities, music store and 2 MVNO launch :
o Defined pricing & offers
o Communication plan and roll-out
o Contributed to sales objectives, training, animation & promotion (challenges etc…)
o Designed customer journey
o Created and followed-up dashboards (revenues, sales and quality performances)
o Managed third-party dependencies and ressources allocations
• Contributed to the Orange Expo 2006 & 2007 innovation event (30 000 visitors in 4 days) (designed boots, created animation, contest and challenge)

Recruited to manage technical VAS projects:SMS, MMS, Mobile data, Data Charging, Provisioning, Mediation, Mobile personalisation, Community services, M-payment(budget of 2 million €)
