*Explain the BoQ for the beneficiary and the proper usage of the materials
*Supervise and monitor contractor work and /or repairs done by the beneficiaries themselves.
*Ensure correct measurements of completion of works according to the plans approved by the technical team leader.
*Correctly fills inspection sheets used to monitor the progress of the construction/upgrade works of the shelters.
*Liaise with the data entry assistant for proper and efficient archiving of the project technical documents.
*Provide technical support to the needs assessments.
*Actively participate in capacity building trainings, workshops and seminars organized by NRC.
*Daily reports to shelter team leader on progress and technical challenges identified in the field.
*Ensure that shelters activities are implemented in accordance with NRC’s standards and planning as well Governments rules and regulations.
*Actively promote the right of refugees.
• Planning Engineer working on tower sites.
• Handling Technical matters and producing Monthly Progress Reports.
• Supervising Survey Leveling Work on the Sites.
• Responsible for working closely with the end client on various constructions and civil.
• Engineering programs, creating detailed plans, monitoring/updating progress, critical.
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
• Supervising Projects: including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors.
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.
• Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings and Specification.
