Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute events which adhere to brand guidelines and meet all objectives and budgets. The types of events include, but are not limited to; exhibitions, mall activations, event sponsorships, brand building, brand activations, product launches.
- In-charge of creative briefs, venue booking, site planning, entertainment planning, event layout and product positioning.
- Management of brand assets, supplier relationships, ordering and production of products, equipment and branding.
- Planning and execution of content for both in-house and external requirements.
Key Achievements:
- Responsible for the top 3 revenue generating accounts for the Promotions & Events department at Dulsco.
- Worked on a brand new account and solely managed its month long execution and delivery with over 150 promoters successfully.
- Successfully managed and delivered several events in parallel on multiple occasions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managed end-to-end client accounts including pricing and contract negotiations, sourcing of talent to meet client specifications, event and venue organization, billing/invoicing & payment collections, all with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Developed & implemented marketing strategies covering creation of sales collateral, talent pool expansion, social media engagement and surveys.
- Deployment co-ordination between clients, resources, external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- In-charge of event staff operations and delivery across diverse client events, venues and resource categories.
- Market Research to identify new business segments in the Events and Exhibitions sector.
- Responsible for day to day relationship management with clients and talent database.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualized an Industry-first Loyalty program encompassing key stakeholders, viz., 35 Vendor firms and 1000+ Sales Channel Partners.
- Designed & launched in-house marketing communication for multiple products and supported hosting of a MNC Vendor’s micro site.
- Significant cross-sales generated. 39% lead generation and 20% sales conversion.
- Coordinated an extensive Market Research project carried out by an external firm.
