Hennessey LLC spread out in divisions of Construction, Interior works, Fit Outs, Joinery, external joinery works, Swimming Pool, Landscape & small works/Maintenance division.
Company is into Joinery Works, Turnkey Interior Fit Outs, Office Furniture & Fixtures and Laminated timber structures.
All Types of residential, commercial, law rise apartment building and interior decoration projects of jewelers shops, educational institutions, computer center, internet café design by my self as an Architect/Interior Designer as per clients requirements and needs.
Concept, sketch plan design and elevations according to site location orientation and budget with locally available materials, all plan made according to interior lay-out and its requirements, all types paper works like tender quantity, estimations, civil, architectural, interior 2D view structural view, detailed working plans elevations, plumbing, electrical lay-out, flooring designs according to interior lay-outs sectional details etc in computerized auto-cad, slide work .Followed to site supervisions and meet to site supervisors, subcontractors, head carpenter, electricians, plumbers, painters, ceiling makers etc till turn key over site material selection purchasing of materials with quality specification meeting with the clients, sub contractor, municipalities and other firms related with the project preparing variations of bill, attending to maintenance snags, following safe working methods on site.
Architects-
Execute the entire project right from Demarcation to completion & successful handling over site visit, material quality selection as per specification, co-ordination with clients, structural consultants, contractors, sub contractors, municipality and other firms related with project, preparation for quality and estimations for projects, preparing variations of bills, attending to snags, supervision during construction with request, following safe working methods on site and as per municipal regulations.
SCOPE OF WORK : Execution of External Joinery works as follows.
Mashrabia panels, timber pole, thatch roof, timber trellis, sunshade suspended with steel fixture and cable.
SCOPE OF WORK : Refurbishment and snagging of 20 nos. Cabanas pool side.
SCOPE OF WORK : External Joinery. Timber decking on Canal Bridges, and Marina fountain, Timber Coping on planters, Wooden Benches at Marina side, Amphitheatre steps and bench sitting.
SCOPE OF WORK : Execution of External Joinery works as follows.
20 no. timber pergola, timber decking, Entrance timber canopy, Timber cladded Steel structure, Mashrabiya screen in Mosque.
