Executing Export LC Documents such as Bill of Lading, Vessel
Classification certificate, Inspection certificate, Certificate of Origin from
Chamber of Commerce, Export Invoice & Packing List and other customs
formalities for Re-export and Trans-shipment.
 All by Air, Sea and Land Transport Export with Custom Clearance
documents and follow up with Freight forwarder and also Handle Bank
documentation related to Export
 Preparation of Invoices, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Test Report, Bill of
Lading against the L/C
 Negotiating with freight forwarders on Export rates & other Customs
clearance charges.
 Manage various types of Switch BL Telex Releases, and Surrender Messages,
 Follow-up with the production department regarding the delivery schedule of Cargo,
 Handle all logistics issues, ensuring that shipment schedules are shared with
the sales team,
 Keep track of unsold cargo at the yard & Trans shipments, (Cross Trading)
 Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for
exports
 Coordinating for LC, TT, DP Sight, CAD & other modes of payments from
customers.
 Follow up ED passing with Dubai Customs & JAFZA Rules and Regulations
 Scrutinizing of B/L to meet L/C requirements.
 Payment of Buyer and Freight Forwarders & follow -up for timely with accounts.
 Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
 Tracking shipments from the Load port to destination port (ETD & ETA).

Preparation, Checking and Submission of documents under Export as per LC terms and applicable rules of UCP 600 and ISBP with complete follow-up/ correspondence with Bank, Customer and Freight Forwarder.
Scrutinizing of B/L to meet L/C requirements &Scrutinizing of Letter of Credit and seeking amendment if required.
