Major Responsibilities  Oversee the general administration of the hospital and the other facility providers.
 Monitor the expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
 Preparing the quarterly/annual budget and present in the quarterly/annual meetings
 Resolving the issues and making decisions regarding the patients’ care and facilities
 Monitoring the marketing activities to ensure the hospital functions smoothly
 Analyzing departments’ effectiveness and preparing the reports accordingly.
 Communicating with the staff about the new health policies
 Arranging training to the new employees.
 Creating plans and policies for operational procedures
