Major Responsibilities Oversee the general administration of the hospital and the other facility providers.
Monitor the expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
Preparing the quarterly/annual budget and present in the quarterly/annual meetings
Resolving the issues and making decisions regarding the patients’ care and facilities
Monitoring the marketing activities to ensure the hospital functions smoothly
Analyzing departments’ effectiveness and preparing the reports accordingly.
Communicating with the staff about the new health policies
Arranging training to the new employees.
Creating plans and policies for operational procedures
