• Liaise with Vendors, Class and shipyard Commissioning of Marine system such as potable & sanitary water system, bilge & ballast system, SW & FW water cooling system, Lube oil & fuel oil system & HVAC.
• Fire proof Insulation of Acoustic Thermal & Aluminium foil for Bulk head & Ducting, Supports and Fasteners (Clamps, Bolts nuts, Spring Washers, Washers, Ducting Gasket, Fire damper & Shutoff damper installation verification with Client inspection.
• Coordinating and Testing of drill floor and marine equipments.
Pre-Commissioning & commissioning of various systems and equipment in marine and drilling systems including the power generators Caterpillar and each HVAC systems, air compressors, pumps, purifiers, oily water separators, Fresh water generators, Vacuum heat exchanger type & RO type, deck cranes, winches, mud pumps, Life boats, Fire and Gas detection and water sprinkler systems, Sewage treatment and hydrophore systems, Galley and Laundry equipment and drill floor equipment like draw works, Bop systems, Top-drive, Hydraulic power units, Mooring Winches, wire line unit etc, in jack up Rig
