• Commissioning of Variable Speed drives, Automation technology and Safety PLC (PNOZ) for STS crane (Twin Forty) for client ZPMC, Shanghai in HHLA container terminal, Hamburg
• Involved in FAT and Testing of MV Variable Speed Drives (16 MW) for Pumped storage power plant in GE Energy, Berlin
• Commissioning of MV Variable Frequency Drives for Hydro Pump Turbine driven by three phase doubly fed Induction Machine (2 x 430MVA) in Pumped Storage Power plant for Customer Voith Hydro GMBH & Energias de Portugal- Frades, Portugal.
• Commissioning of MV Variable Speed Drive (12MW), Inverter duty Transformer (12.5MVA) & Motor(8150kW) for Gas Injection Compressor supplied by Man Diesel & Turbo SE for customer Technip Abu Dhabi & ZADCO, Zirkuin. UAE.
• Commissioning of MV Variable Speed Drive for Rotor test bench balancing and its automation & Safety PLC supplied by Schenk GMBH using SIMATIC Step7-300 PLC.
• Involved in Commissioning of MV drives (4.6MW) for Synchronous motors in Roughing mill application (Reversible), SAIL (Bokaro steel Plant).
• Commissioning of MV Variable Speed drives & Motor for Gas Injection Compressor (HP_2x5.4MW & MP_2x10.5MW) supplied by GE Oil & Gas for Customer Hyundai Heavy Industries(HHI) and Total E&P Congo, MOHO Nord offshore.
• Commissioning of MV drives & Motors for finishing mill in ZPSS, China.
• Commissioning of MV drives(5x9MW drives) train with transformer, MV switchgears and motors for Gas Compressor application in Integrated Solar Combined Cycle Power Plant, Waad Al Shamal, Turaif, KSA for the customer Saudi Electric Company (SEC) & Abener.
• Commissioning and service of MV drives( 12x18MW) train with transformer, MV switchgears and motors for Boiler Feed pump application in Jeddah South Thermal Power Plant(JSTPP), Jeddah, KSA.
• Commissioning of MV drives & motors (6 x MV7821) for PR & MR helper motor application in Cameron LNG, Hackberry, LA, USA.
• Enhancing production process operations and escalating operational efficiencies.
• Effectuating Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Proactive Maintenance and Condition monitoring of Electrical & Instrumentation equipment to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability in Cement Industry and Mines.
