• Organising analysis reports with regards to the performance of stores in audits and the areas of improvement to support decision making by several departments of the company.
• Conducts random cash audits of retail stores to avoid cash frauds.
• Bi-weekly reporting with excel tracking audit due dates for teams.
• To incorporate best practises to address area of opportunities in retail stores.
• To direct, plan and accomplish comprehensive monthly audits based on the operations store, image and service provided across all retail stores of the company in the UAE and the Middle East (Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait).
• Assist with improvements in operations, reduction in costs and reduced turnaround times in tasks performed by staffs.
• To execute internal control checks involving cash, sales documents and transactions, exchange, refunds, discounts, inflow and outflow of stocks, security and safety procedures.

• Doing audit in F&B division like Tim Horton's and Cold stone.
• Conduct audits of store operations and financial transnational procedures to check if all store procedures are in compliance to the company policies and procedures.
• Perform duties as auditor and verify accuracy in accounting and inventory records.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of the DSS entries posted Navision and petty cash verification and do a spend analysis category wise.
• Perform Audit and evaluate the internal control required by the company as per the SOP’s for the stores across UAE.
• Report to general manager, Brand manager, Finance manager for any frauds and miss happenings that exist in stores.
• Fostering and maintaining communication channels with internal departments.
• Ascertain Training needs based on sales staff requirements.
• Regular communication of Audit process updates to store manager and sales staff team.
• Verify the sales and purchases accounts by compiling the bills and receipts, computing the amount.
• Do regular follow ups for the actions taken against each audit observation and assist the area/operations in resolving the same.
