32Group is involved in 32 different activities as Restaurants, Pharmacies, Education, Security Services, Jewelry, Finance, Travel, Properties and many others. I am working as Administration Manager at Middle East Headquarter of the Group. I approve and coordinate with division managers for finance, budgeting, contracts, agreements and marketing. And I am also managing Sales in Real Estate and as a Developer of Properties, I am representative of our company with Authorities (Land Department & RERA). I also register Property of our clients get them Title Deeds from Land Department.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

➢ Supervising the division managers and their team
➢ Coordinating the issues between Board Directors and Divisions
➢ Support the Management Committee and Board of company with governance issues.
➢ General office administration duties such as mail, office supplies, filing, maintenance
➢ Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, banking
➢ Assist the Executive Officer with budgeting
➢ Assist the bookkeeper with salary and super payments and annual expenses
➢ Maintain insurances, contracts and supply agreements
➢ Oversee the organisation’s IT systems
➢ Maintain the organisation’s central information site, website and marketing material
➢ Help orientate new staff members and maintain staff records
➢ Manage sales in Real Estate & Project Development divisions
➢ Maintaining relations between Authorities (RERA, Land Department) and our company (as a developer of Properties)
➢ Arrange property registration (Title Deeds) for clients.
